You may return your art, backer, and/or upgrade hardware within 365 days of purchase for a full refund...no questions asked. To return an item, please send it to Muro Bello at the address below via insured mail or UPS. Fill out the return information on the packing slip and include it in your package. We will gladly refund the purchase price. We do not refund shipping charges or reimburse for return shipping charges unless the item is defective.
If your art was damaged or defective upon arrival, please return it within 30 days to be reimbursed for the shipping charges and insurance as well as to receive a full refund or replacement—your choice.

Checking Status of Your Order
Your order will arrive within two to three weeks. Every piece is custom-made to your specifications, so most pieces are not complete and ready for shipment until at least a week after you have submitted your order. Once your piece has shipped, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to track the shipment.
International, Hawaii, and Alaska Orders
We can ship to most locations outside the 48 contiguous United States, but need to give you a quote for shipping charges at the time of order. Please contact us at 704-557-0166 or firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering online.
Post Office Box Orders
Muro Bello cannot ship to post office boxes.
